Over 23M users utilize the Starbucks Rewards app to purchase their favorite items. However, the program experienced a lapse in use with its core audience. We define a lapsed audience as audience members who haven't made a transaction within the last 90 Days.
The Approach
We developed in-product messaging and content frameworks for A/B Testing to drive transactions and direct user navigation with intuitive language and design. Collaborating closely with design, marketing, and data science, we developed and tested offers to drive re-engagement and understand what motivates the audience to purchase.
